Simply speaking, orphans are children who don't have parents. Some of them live on the streets (2ACV04), while others live in the Cookieville Minimum-Security Orphanarium under the care of Warden Vogel (3ACV09).
In 3011, a few Cookieville orphans were adopted by Abner Doubledeal (6ACV21).
