General Info

Bender's Big Score is the first of the four Direct-to-DVD films, to be released in December, 2007. Years have passed since The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings, both in the show and in reality, the opening will reflect this. As it is still in production the information is likely to change, the release date is listed as being around December 2007. Each of the films will be chopped up into four episodes each, possibly with additional material, for the Comedy Central season due to air in 2008.

As of 8 July, 2007 the voice acting for all the films (which includes the fifth season) is finished, according to Lauren Tom.[1]

According to IMDB.com, the film is set for a December 4, 2007 release date.

A preview of the film will be shown at Comic-Con 2007.[2]

The title is a reference to the 1972 film Shaft's Big Score.

Story

The outline of the story features Planet Express going through a hostile takeover (similar to the one in Future Stock) and the new owners forcing Bender to do their evil bidding.
