Leo and Inez Wong are a rich married couple who own the western hemisphere of Mars. They farm buggalo at their ranch. The Wongs gained ownership of Mars when Leo's anscestors exchanged a huge diamond for it. They often are urging their only daughter, Amy, to have children, but are disappointed to find that her chosen parter is Kif, an Amphibiosan. Leo is also the cause of several environmental disasters and huge explosions, including the destruction of Mars Vegas and an attempt to wipe out 12% of the Milky Way in order to create a giant miniature golf course.
