Simular character in "The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings"
I just re-watched "The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings" and noticed this character. He is identical to Victor in everything but hair color. Can this be counted as Victor's appearance or not? -- the preceding unsigned comment was written by EpicMickey.
