It's doubtful she's 25. In some episode, she says she doesn't want to die at 25, and Bender says that unless they've hit a time-warp, it ain't gonna happen. And in Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles, they're intentionally vague (20-something years ago, 100-something feet underground).
