Loose ends, plot holes and unanswered questions are issues in the overall plotline of Futurama which are not described. However, some of these may be intended.
Since the show was cancelled, a lot of questions remained somewhat unanswered. However with the return of the show on DVDs, questions, plot holes and loose ends may be answered.

While never explained, it is likely to assume he is referring to Princess Leia, however, it is doubtful that the writers of Futurama are trying to suggest that Fry and Leela are siblings.
