She secretes the Slurm through an orifice in the end of her tail, much the way bees secrete honey. In fact, this is so similar that Slurm Queens produce "Royal Slurm" much as queen bees can produce royal jelly, which, if eaten, changes a larval bee into a queen. Description
Slurm, the number-one soft drink of the future, is refreshingly addictive. It is produced in a factory on the planet Wormulon by a race known only as the Slurm Worms. Their corporate mascot is Slurms MacKenzie, "The Original Party Worm."
Fry is a huge Slurm addict fan, and rarely goes more than 12 minutes without one.
