She's the landlady of the building that Fry and Bender lived in briefly as well as the late colleague of Professor Farnsworth, Dr. Mbutu. She has a lazy eye and two deceased husbands. She loves her pet cats, one of which she keeps in her purse, as we see in Future Stock.
