George W. Bush was the president of the United States from 2001 to 2009. In the 31st century, he resides at the Head Museum, New New York along with the other former U.S. presidents. He was the son of George H. W. Bush, a former president.
He ran for U.S. president in the 2000 election against Al Gore. He should have lost, but Bender, charged to kill Philip J. Fry shot at Philip Joshua Fry and accidentally destroyed Gore's votes. Because of this event, Bush became the new president.
