Ron Weiner is a writer, story editor and co-producer on Futurama. He worked as a story editor for Futurama during the second production season and as executive story editor during the third production season, and co-produced all episodes of the fourth production season. In addition, he wrote four episodes. All the episodes he has written for the series include a character dancing, especially Bender, as Weiner finds him "so damn cute". 
Outside Futurama, he has worked on TV series such as 30 Rock, NewsRadio, Arrested Development and Help Me Help You. He also received an Annie Award in 2001 for the episode "Luck of the Fryrish".
