Zapp's voice

"In tribute, Zapp’s voice was modeled in the same style that Phil Hartman had intended for the character" In the commentary to 1ACV04, someone (I think Matt Groening) mentions that Billy West had auditioned as Zapp beside Hartman, and the voice he ended up using was his previous one, not influenced by Hartman's.
