Fan Futurama is a {{w|Portugal|Portuguese}} human {{w|Fan (mechanical)|fan}} who looks up to [[Hubert J. Farnsworth|his nephew]]. He loves the wind, and is especially happy when tornados get their job done. But FF is no genocidist, for he expects people in the future to solve every disaster his actions may have caused in the present. And this is a guy who knows what he is talking about, because he's seen the [[Planet Express]] crew exterminating every kind of trouble... and annoying owl.
