Reference to Colleen

I don't think Chief O'Mannahan's name is a direct reference to Colleen O'Hallahan. I think it's a reference to 1) the perception of the New York City Police Department being a heavily Irish American organization, and 2) her very "mannish" characteristics. -- DeepSpaceHomer 20:27, 8 July 2011 (CEST)

How? No hint of her is made, and the character would only be a reference to our world's fictional characters, not a previous character on the EXACT SAME SHOW. And don't you come at me with the Waterfallls you know that's different--Icyweaner2999 22:01, 8 July 2011 (CEST)
