The street-racing gang consists of four members — a man with a tattoo, a man with glasses, a girl, who is named Minx, and a man with dreadlocks, who is presumably named Benny (7ACV15). According to the man with the tattoo, they usually rap about their problems. Smitty and URL have been trying to bust them for years.

Professor Farnsworth joined the gang in 3013, and the gang briefly replaced Fry, Leela, Bender, and him in the Planet Express crew while they were in the second dimension. (more...)
