The headless body of Spiro Theodore Agnew appears briefly in the episode "Crimes of the Hot." He was to be given to Wernstrom as payment for the destruction of all the robots currently partying on the Galapagos Islands. As Wernstrom failed, Nixon kept him. His behavior mostly mimics that of the Frankenstein monster, although it could be less specific than that.
Nixon traded off Agnew to Wernstrom as a payment for the destruction of the robot party on the Galapagos islands. However, as Wernstrom failed, he remained the vice president.

He is later seen in into the wild green Yonder, where he playing golf with Richard Nixon and Leo Wong, but supposedly dies when he is commanded to get rid of the Eco-Feminist group, and gets ran over by Golf cart (Leo Wong Claims he has no pulse before lifting up a dimembered arm) and by Nixon Limousine whenhe chases the Eco Feminists away.
Agnew's fate was sealed during a game of miniature golf at Leo Wong's Wongminster, when the eco-feminist protest group, the Feministas, disrupted the play and accidentally killed Agnew by a run away golf cart.

The only sound we hear him make is growling which is odd for two reasons. First, he is headless. Second, even if his vocal chords were still inside of his neck, it is covered with a metal plate.
Despite the fact that Agnew is headless, he is still capable of making growling noises.

We have yet to see Agnew's head, although we likely never will. Spiro is much less of a cultural icon than Nixon, and the majority of Futurama's audience would not know who he is.
