Eleanor Roosevelt was the wife of Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the first lady of America. In the previous universe, she died at 78 years old, however, the Professor Farnsworth had invented a forward time machine and travelled with Fry and Bender until the end of the universe when he saw another Big Bang, and understand that when a universe is finished, another one is created. So, he stopped the machine to kill Hitler before he can do damages. However, because of a manipulation error, they traveled again until the end of the universe and see again the Big bang. Then, the prof decide to shoot Hitler out of the window but he kills her by mistake.
