The doomsday machine is a variation of the doomsday devices. It is Leonardo da Vinci's fabled lost invention. The machine's primary purpose is to exterminate everyone who ever made Da Vinci feel inferior.
It was destroyed by Fry at the end of "The Duh-Vinci Code".
