Donovan (born Donovan Philips Leitch) was a Scottish folk rock singer and songwriter. He first came to prominence in the 1960s, scoring a number of hits, and continued to perform into the 21st century.

He narrated and sang for an Atlanta Chamber of Commerce video, telling the story of how Atlanta came to be an underwater city (2ACV12).
