The United Mutant Scholarship Fund was created by Mrs. Astor to help Sewer Mutants in need of charity. It is supported by the Astor Endowment Fundraiser of 3010 and is meant to finance the Brown University so Mutants will be too busy to claim equal rights and access to the surface of New New York.
