Uncle Toby is the owner of Say Uncle Utilities, and tried to take over MomCorp with Dad. Uncle Toby was revealed to be from the Future by Leela (posing as Mom), who then used this information as blackmail to stop him and Dad from taking over the company. They then became janitors.
