Umbriel grew up in [[Atlanta]] as the daughter of [[The Colonel|a rich colonel]]. She was spotted by [[Fry]] in [[3001]] while he was looking for food with [[Zoidberg]] and [[Bender]], but everyone else thought he imagined her as a result of ocean madness. She then appeared and brought Fry outside at night where they did things together, like watching animals fight, and eventually they fell in love. She brought Fry to Atlanta and was followed by the rest of the crew where Fry decided he would live with her. Fry finally left when he found out how mermaids reproduce. Umbriel then had to find someone else to escort her to [[the Debutante Ball]].

Umbriel is a mermaid who lives in the lost city of Atlanta with her father The Colonel.

Biography
