Moving

On January 1, 2011 this article should be moved to Infosphere:Featured articles (that currently redirects to Infosphere:Featured articles/2010). Aki 15:54, 20 December 2010 (CET)

The target page is protected, so I can't do it. But this should've already been moved by now. Sanfazer 00:44, 27 January 2011 (CET)

Announcements

When an article has been choosen to be featured (it seems like I'm constantly the one making the decisions, albeit considering the casted votes and accepting eventual critisism), there should be a possibility for anyone to disagree and argue with the decision. As such, this topic in the talk page is to argue with a decision. At any time when a new featured article has been choosen, it should be added as a seperate topic and one can comment. Fortnight 1: Tinny Tim

Tinny Tim has been chosen for fortnight 1, 2011. Aki 16:22, 20 December 2010 (CET)

Fortnight 2: The Late Philip J. Fry

The Late Philip J. Fry has been chosen for fortnight 2, 2011. The votes cast were two to zero. Aki 16:22, 20 December 2010 (CET)

Fortnight 3: Proposition Infinity

Proposition Infinity has been chosen for fortnight 3, 2011. The votes cast were one to zero. The main argument for choosing it was that the time it is a featured article will collide with it possibly winning the 2010 Annie Award (February 4, 2011). Aki 19:09, 25 December 2010 (CET)

Fortnight 4: Sweden

Sweden has been chosen for fortnight 4, 2011. Aki 14:14, 26 January 2011 (CET)

Excellent happenings, people! I'm really happy to hear that. Sanfazer 00:44, 27 January 2011 (CET)

I think the Futurama theorem is a good subject, but, if it is featured, then the 6ACV10 article would have to wait. That much is obvious, right? Sanfazer 00:06, 22 February 2011 (CET)

In my opinion, yes. Too similar to be back to back. Teyrn of Highever 00:17, 22 February 2011 (CET)
Yes. My thought originally was to decide to get 6ACV10, but then I thought "hey, the subject is big enough to have an entire article about the theorem". If we include the theorem now (after Earth) we could have 6ACV10 in a few months. Aki 19:26, 23 February 2011 (CET)
Seems like a good way of solving it. A way that's strangely similar to something I should've read before starting the discussion. (If anyone clicks the link, don't forget to scroll down.) Sanfazer 00:05, 24 February 2011 (CET)
