Farnsworth's father is the father of Hubert J. Farnsworth an inhabitant of the Near Death Star.[1]

Farnsworth's father, along with Farnsworth's mother, were revealed to appear in an upcoming Season 7 episode on 23 July 2011 at the Futurama panel of San Diego Comic-Con International.[1]
