Emperor Chop Chop is an imaginary enemy of Zapp Brannigan who was pretty much a politically incorrect stereotypical Asian. In Zapp's fantasy, "The Transcredible Exploits of Zapp Brannigan", Chop Chop has abducted the Planet Express crew. He says Zapp Brannigan would be the only one who could save them, and eventually Zapp came and killed Chop Chop by shooting him with a laser.
