Biography
The paper-hatted salesman sold horse products at Horse d'Oeuvres in 3001, [3ACV04] worked (in a deleted scene) at the Build-A-Bot Workshop in 3010, [6ACV01] was a spokesperson on a novelty ad in 3010, [6ACV11] sold popsicles in the Planet Express hangar in 3011, [6ACV15] tried to sell live bait on a frozen lake in 3011, [6ACV24] and sold barrels near the Niagara Falls Hydroelectric Plant in 3011. [6ACV25] He has (apparently) been killed twice.

Trivia
- The paper-hatted salesman is not the first character to be voiced by both Billy West and David Herman. In "A Fishful of Dollars", the Alien Overlord & Taylor clerk's first few lines are voiced by Billy, but, starting with "MasterCard hasn't existed for over 500 years", he was voiced by David. Also, Billy filled in for David as Scruffy for the Comic-Con live table read of "Futurama Returns".
- The orange part of his outfit is light blue in "Lrrreconcilable Ndndifferences".
- He appeared in both the eleventh episode of the seventh broadcast season, "Lrrreconcilable Ndndifferences", and the eleventh episode of the eight broadcast season, "Cold Warriors".
- The two episodes where he has (apparently) been killed, "Möbius Dick" and "Cold Warriors", were both written by Dan Vebber.
