"Walking on Sunshine" is song performed by Katrina and the Waves and released in 1985. On Futurama, the song remains a favourite of Philip J. Fry's, despite only knowing the line "I'm walking on sunshine", after which he hums the rest.

Three times have we seen Fry sing the song, twice of which were in the shower. He even taught the song to his dog, Seymour Asses, back in (or before) 1997, whom could bark the tune of the song. When Fry "died" in "The Sting", it was performed at his funeral by Scruffy on bagpipes. And later, it's his ring tone on his mobile phone.
