Does the bot do any thing to minicomic links? Those are currently incompatible with clink. I also suggest adding in redirects from "futurama topic" to "topic". Possibly a redirect remover, that is articles linking to redirects to be pointed at the main article. That's all for now. - Quolnok 06:31, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

If the bot discovers that it does not recognise a link, such as Hypnotoad or a special comic, it will simply leave a "Bot comment", saying that it did not recognise it. But it won't change it. I did have that in mind when I wrote it. --SvipTalk 14:31, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

Another thought; looking at episode/comic character lists and creating the link back in the respective appearances section - Quolnok 11:51, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

Hm true. But how to order them? Hm... I guess just alphabetically. I'll look into it. If you get any more specifications, please do not hesitate. For instance, we can use the type in the infobox to decide whether a character is important or not so important, hmmm? But that is just an example. --SvipTalk 12:00, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
I was actually thinking we'd add appearances to character articles, but I guess both directions are useful. Sorting would then be alphabetical as it currently is in character lists and episode / film order, game order, then comic order for appearances. - Quolnok 12:09, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

whitespace

Yeah, not sure what the cause is, but... - Quolnok 16:30, 9 August 2011 (CEST)

Yeah, I need to fix that. --Sviptalk 17:36, 9 August 2011 (CEST)

Came here to say something about that, and it's already been said. So, "This bug also affects me" --Buddy 00:02, 11 August 2011 (CEST)

Somehow it's getting worse. Like every time some pages are edited, it appends even more whitespace. Any way to maybe disable it until it's repaired? --Buddy 06:26, 24 August 2011 (CEST)

If I remember correctly, the bot was designed to not do stuff to a page if it finds one of these. - Quolnok 13:08, 24 August 2011 (CEST)
Yes, I better look into this when I get home. But it won't edit articles with bot comments. --Sviptalk 13:15, 24 August 2011 (CEST)
I've fixed a couple of major bugs. Like how it messed up "Anthology of Interest II". Going to test it on "Möbius Dick" now. --Sviptalk 17:52, 24 August 2011 (CEST)
Excellent! It now seems to work properly. Please continue to report errors. --Sviptalk 17:55, 24 August 2011 (CEST)

Scary python! I barely know JS! *runs off* --Buddy (talk) 07:24, 23 October 2011 (CEST)

Date format in references

The bot keeps changing the date format in reference titles, e.g. here in the "Dan Castellaneta" article. Any way to fix this? -- DeepSpaceHomer (talk) 17:07, 15 May 2012 (CEST)

For now, add a bot comment. This should prevent the bot from making edits to the article. --Sviptalk 17:10, 15 May 2012 (CEST)

why has this bot been blocked?

their contribs don't read anything bad. Nalexa (talk) 04:03, 4 November 2014 (CET)
