Use

This template's purpose is to create a standardised top alert format. So all message templates look alike.

Usage

|width      = Width of template, 50% is suggested, unless there is good reason for something else.
|border     = The colour of the border, preferably in hex, e.g. #ffffff for white.
|background = The background, while it is intended for the colour of the background alone, further
              background additions may be added.
|image      = [[Image:Image.png|150px]] The image to apply for the message, if no image is available,
              leave it with  
|content    = The message itself.
|colour     = (Optional) Text colour, defaults to #000000
