I think it would be better if the style was:

Contents: Prizes for the claw crane
Members of the crew: Amy, Bender, Fry, Leela
Delivery to: Sal
Delivery at: Luna Park, Moon
Notes: First delivery for the new crew, consisting of Leela, Fry and Bender.
Appearance:"The Series Has Landed" (1ACV02)
