:Well, I'm one year and three months late to this but, in my very weak defense, I didn't know about the Infosphere at that time.  That being said, I think moving the article to something gender-neutral would be a good idea, since men do exist in this future utopia.  Although, I do wonder if we should create a separate article for the humans of 50000000 AD and leave this for the characters, or vice versa, or don't do anything at all about it. -- DeepSpaceHomer (talk) 05:13, 24 November 2011 (CET)

The article says the following line: "A female dominated society could be based on the shrinking Y chromosome which will eventually force males into extinction" and then provides the Daily Mail as a source. Is this an actual scientific/academic hypothesis or is it just another Daily Mail "science" story? Cian93 (talk) 01:40, 10 November 2013 (CET)

Name

This is the name you're giving them? They don't state that men are extinct like with the Amazonians, but only that they are very rare. Which allows me to conclude that they are basically humans, with a completely skewed gender ratio.

As such, I would prefer 'Humans of the 50th thousand millennium'. Opinions? --Sviptalk 03:33, 6 August 2010 (CEST)
