Is it just me or?

I think it's more like the cartridges put certain thoughts into his mind that allow him to give the speeches. Case in point, the part where he says, "But Bender you are technology, you're the most technological thing on this island." I don't remember if that's the exact phrase, but he quite obviously was able to say benders name, and give a spur of the moment speech based on it, which would indicate he had some freedom in how he chose to "state the obvious."Anarchy Balsac 08:53, 18 February 2008 (PST)

Perhaps, but some of the tapes may actually be a complete sound bite, while others like the one you mentioned is also completely vague (I mean, "state the obvious" will always belong to a situation, right?), so I guess what you're saying is quite possible. --Svip^Talk 10:25, 18 February 2008 (PST)
