I think it's more like the cartridges put certain thoughts into his mind that allow him to give the speeches. Case in point, the part where he says, "But '''Bender''' you are technology, you're the most technological thing on this island." I don't remember if that's the exact phrase, but he quite obviously was able to say benders name, and give a spur of the moment speech based on it, which would indicate he had some freedom in how he chose to "state the obvious."[[User:Anarchy Balsac|Anarchy Balsac]] 08:53, 18 February 2008 (PST) | |||
