the sting? I'm guessing you're talking about the tape recorder/black box thing. from the transcript:

Man: [on tape] Captain, the bees have us surrounded! Oh, the Professor was right. We're not as good as his old crew!

Captain: [on tape] Well I aim to prove him wrong. It'll take more than a few deadly, deadly bees to-- [The buzzing gets louder.] [screaming] Oh, Lord!

Well, the captain on the tape clearly is the former captain, as expressed by the commentary and the professor. Captain Musky is never explicit placed in the chronology. So I agree, it could be, but nothing indicates it is. --Svip^Talk 23:41, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
