The single non-local metaparticle is the matter that links all dark matter and made it possible to use pieces of it as fuel.
In an ill attempt to create a more durable harpsichord wax Professor Farnsworth put several dark matter (then useless) pieces in a particle accelerator, and because of quantum physics he generated two crystals, a ??? crystal and an anti-backwards crystal.
