McNeal was the president of Earth in 3000 until the Omicronians, enraged over missing the end of the thousand-year-old TV program Single Female Lawyer, came to Earth and wanted McNeal or they will destroy all life in the planet. Everibody believed that they wanted the president, but he didn't want to be killed and choosed to let the humanity be destroyed instead of diying. Fortunately Zapp Brannigan caught him and gave him to Lrrr, the Omicronian chef, but as they wanted JennyMcNeal and not the president, he will continue the war and killed McNeal. His assassination lead the way to the election of Richard Nixon's head (2ACV07).
