Phil LaMarr is an actor and comedian, who Futurama fans know as the voice of Hermes Conrad, the lovable Jamaican bureaucrat. A Yale graduate and a former member the Yale's improv comedy group "the Purple Crayon", he has an extensive list of credits in movies, TV, and games, as well as a number of voice-over acting roles. He is perhaps most widely remembered for five seasons on the Fox sketch-comedy series MADtv, and his role as the doomed Marvin in Pulp Fiction. In addition, he is the voice of Ollie Williams and others in the show Family Guy.
He provided voices for the Star Wars franchise as well, including Gadon Thek and others in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Riiken and others in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords and many voices in Star Wars: The Clone Wars (3D).
