The Pay 'n' Chew Robot is a robot whose main function is to sell Bachelor Bars. He was admitted to the HAL Institute, however he doesn't appear to be insane but rather ill. He often coughs up Bachelor Bars, which was Fry's only food during his time in the institute. Years later, he was still here and was stabbed by Roberto.
