The Neutral Planet is a planet in the Neutral Zone. It is the homeworld of the Neutral People, who are led by the Neutral President. The planet's colour is consistently grey and its capital is Neutropolis.
History
In 3000, the Democratic Order of Planets created a new headquarters in orbit around the Neutral Planet to enhance the DOOP's unbiased position. Glab, who was President of the DOOP at the time, felt that the Neutral Planet was the best possible location for the new headquarters.
