Mr. Peppy is a bone vampire, whom was Fry's pet for a brief period in 3011. Fry discovered him in a fertile egg from the Local Group's Farmers Market, where he decided to nurse it until it hatched. When Mr. Peppy eventually hatched, the crew discovered that it was a bone vampire, which meant it would suck out the bones of creatures, leaving the flesh behind. When it was also clear that Mr. Peppy was dangerous and reproduced asexual, the crew decided it would be best to release back into the wild.
