Mayor C. Randall Poopenmeyer is the mayor of New New York and has filled this function since at least the year 3000. He is attending to countless public occasions, like the opening of a new tube line, the award for the biggest fish ever caught, the reward of civic heroism, or the Annual Astor Endowment Fundraiser. He also takes a part in the execution of the death penalty with robots and was the main customer of The New Justice Team.

• Mayor Poopenmeyer's name was only created as a joke. In "A Big Piece of Garbage", after saying how serious the situation was, then they cut to Mayor Poopenmeyer, a very non-serious name.
