Lake Mutagenic is a toxic, radioactive lake in the NNY Sewers. When non-mutant DNA comes in contact with the liquid within, it is immediately mutated. It is apparently good for fishing and bathing in.

People who have been mutated by its waters:
- Virginia (4ACV02)
- Mr. Astor (6ACV12)
- A rat used to demonstrate the mutagenic properties of the lake (4ACV02)
