Lake Mutagenic is a toxic, radioactive lake in the NNY Sewers. When non-mutant DNA comes in contact with the liquid within, it is immediatly mutated. It is apparantly good for fishing in.
Victims
People who have been mutated by its waters:
- Mr. Astor
- A little, blonde girl
- A rat
