Jolly Junction is the neighbourhood of the Robot Santa Claus Little Neptunians workers at the north pole of Neptune. All of the houses are made of gingerbread but the Little Neptunians can't eat them because they are "food or shelter, not both", despite they are starving. They live in poor conditions there, however they became happy when they knew they could make toys again while Robot Santa Claus was trapped in the snow.
