Jolly Junction is the neighbourhood of the Robot Santa Claus Little Neptunians workers. All of the houses are made of gingerbread but the Little Neptunians can't eat them because they are "food or shelter, not both", despite they are starving. They live in poor conditions there, however the got happy when they new they could make toys again when Robot Santa Claus was trapped in the snow.
