The I See BM is a sewage-seeking missile. Hobsy used one (at the request of Mrs. Astor, its owner) during the Devolution Revolution in September of 3010 to destroy Madison Cube Garden, which was full of those so-called fruits of Earthican excretion that would've fallen over and killed the revolting Sewer Mutants if a Mutated Fry hadn't shown up to save them.
