The Earth Supreme Court,highest court on Earth, uses a High Speed Telepathy device to confer with eachother during voting on cases. The device consists of a headpiece that is worn by the Chief Justice and is connected via cable to the back of the supports for the Head Jars of all the other Justices. During the communication, energy is seen passing down the cables and the Justices heads spin in their jars.

• Justices Souter and Stevens spin counter-clockwise while all the other Justices spin clockwise.
