Description
The HAL Institute is an asylum for crimanaly insane robots. The doctors and nurses calm the robots down with electroshock therapy. Fry was accidently admitted there when the asylum for crimanaly insane humans was full due to the fact that Judge Whity declaired being poor a mental illness.
