God may refer to one of the following things:
- The many gods in multiple fictional religions seen in the series.
- The Galactic Entity, which may be a computerized space probe that collided with God.
- God 1 and God 2, who are presumably powerful deities.
- Robot God, the actual god of the robots, and the ruler of Robot Heaven.
- Yivo, who for many is considered God, due to sending images of what has become a common perception of Heaven (i.e. clouds, angels, pearly gates, etc.).
