Fleb was a member of the alien nudist scammers. He appeared to be much older than Nudar, the head of the group, suggesting he may have been his advisor. He often brought up matters of importance to Nudar's attention whenever he prepared to make a risky decision. He was killed when the scammers' ship was destroyed during the Battle for Earth, 3007.

- Fleb is one of the very few non-animal characters voiced by Frank Welker.
