Fan fiction

Fan fiction is the concept of fiction written by the fans of a particular popular culture, since these stories may or may not be contradicting with future episodes or films to come afterwards, as well as the fact they are not part of the approved content of the popular culture, fan fiction can never be considered canon.

There has only very few examples of fan fiction being moved up into the category of canon, but this has not happened on Futurama. Also for these reasons, this wiki does concern itself with fan fiction as it cannot be regarded as canon and can easily be disputed whether it is actually worth a mention.
